Amanda is our go-to Protection Advisor, making sure you’re covered if life throws you a curveball — or if you just need peace of mind. With years of banking experience under her belt, she really knows about protection… and her famous Yam Yam accent will charm you every time!
When she’s not protecting mortgages, Amanda is busy spoiling her adorable Shih Tzu, Biddy, or planning her next girly holiday adventure.
Angela is the newest member of our team, providing essential support to all our mortgage brokers with their admin. She’s our go-to for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes!
When she’s not working her magic, Angela can usually be found with a cup of black coffee in hand and her beloved cat, Tony, nearby. She’s always a little chilly, so a blanket is never far away.
Angela balances her week with weekly Mass and a love for a good pint of beer. Her infectious laugh and cheerful nature make her always a joy to be around — you can’t help but giggle along with her!
Say hello to Deb, one of the Directors of SJ and a familiar face at our Tamworth branch! Deb has been a mortgage advisor for many years — she’s basically seen it all — and before that sharpened her skills at Lloyds Bank, so you’re definitely in safe hands when it comes to your mortgage.
She’s an absolute pro at finding the right deal for her clients… although she’s slightly less talented at remembering where she’s put her phone, keys, paperwork… you name it!
When she’s not securing dream homes, you’ll find her glued to a good police custody programme (she loves a bit of real-life drama) or organising fun days out with her friends — because Deb is always the social one of the group!
Meet Becky — our Mortgage Advisor, Office Manager and (self-appointed) bossiest member of the team. Becky is the one who keeps everything running like clockwork, making sure deals move forward and nothing slips through the cracks. If something needs doing, Becky wanted it done yesterday.
Highly organised, straight-talking, and fiercely results-driven, she’s the go-to person when you need answers fast and action even faster.
Outside the office, Becky swaps spreadsheets for bouncers — she also teaches trampoline fitness classes, keeping everyone moving and motivated. When she’s not bouncing or bossing, you’ll usually find her at home with a glass of red in front of the fire — or out enjoying bottomless brunch with the girls. Work hard, unwind harder.
Meet Charlotte — Mortgage Advisor in our Tamworth office and the team’s resident lover of all things magical. From crystals to unicorns, Charlotte brings a little sparkle wherever she goes.
She’s passionate about helping clients find the right mortgage while adding her own calm, thoughtful touch to every case. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys fine dining and sipping rosé LPR, and she absolutely adores Daisy, her long-haired Chihuahua, who’s never far from her heart.
Meet Stuart — the other half of SJ alongside Debbie. Stuart is our go-to man for the complex cases. Self-employed? Unusual income? Something that’s been declined elsewhere? He loves a challenge and genuinely won’t stop until he’s found a mortgage deal that’s completely bespoke to you. If there’s a way to make it work, Stuart will find it.
When he’s not sourcing mortgages or out networking and building new relationships, you’ll usually find him doing something a little more adventurous… He’s a big fan of mountain biking across the countryside, often turning it into a full camping trip — finished off perfectly with a well-earned beer under the stars.
