How can a mortgage broker help me?

Mortgage Brokers such as ourselves not only provide a personal service around your situation, but we are also reviewing the huge number of mortgage products available with an increasing number of lenders.  Gone are the days when a lender has only 3 or 4 mortgage rates available.  Many lenders have different lengths of fixed rate available, and then this rate depends on how much deposit you have and then once you have decided which length of fixed rate and how much deposit, the rate can then vary depending on much the specific rate fees are.

While it's not mandatory to work with a mortgage advisor, we feel expertise can significantly streamline the homebuying process and save you time and money in the long run.  Whilst you may have to wait a number of days for a formal mortgage appointment with a bank or building society, we would like to think that if you made an enquiry, an advisor could speak to you the same day and if not, certainly the following.

Can you provide advice on insurance options?

In short, yes,  It is crucial to us to understand how you plan to maintain your mortgage payments in the event of you losing an income.  Fantastic that once you have purchased your property you will still have ££££ in savings, but unfortunately that is not true for many.  Ensuring you can still maintain your mortgage payment with no income is part of what we do and making sure you are aware of the implications of not having such cover in place.
